These popular classes begin on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 and are offered every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Hammond-Rodgers Park. The meeting point is at the community hall at 1262, chemin de Mille-Isles. The first sessions will be done indoors and then at Hammond-Rodgers Park when the mosquitoes are less voracious, except in case of rain.
The sessions are varied to ensure your motivation, optimize the workouts and increase their effectiveness. The courses are offered to Mille-Isles residents free of charge! The program is structured as follows: a period of warm-up, followed by muscular and cardiovascular training and ending with a relaxation period that takes advantage of the outdoors. It’s time to come outside to get in shape!
