During the next Mille-Isles Celebration scheduled for August 19th, residents will find something new at the environment booth. Over the years, several citizens have commented that they have an abundance of perennial plants on their property and that they could give some away. This year, we decided to set up a plant exchange program between citizens of the municipality.
The concept is simple: just contact the Director of Town Planning and Environment, Andrée-Ann LaRocque at 450-438-2958 ext. 2602 or by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org, to mention the type and number of plants you would like to offer as well as the plants that you would like to receive in exchange.
The importance of communicating with Ms. LaRocque is to ensure a variety of plant species and that we do not end up having 50 plants of the same variety.
Please leave us your name, phone number and email address, so that we can contact you before the August 19th to confirm the plants you will be bring to the Mille-Isles Celebration and the plants you would like to receive in exchange.
