THE CASTLES OF MILLE-ISLES

Saturday, February 22, the Municipality of Mille-Isles and members of the MADA committee invite families to come build a snow castle at Hammond-Rodgers Park from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.

On the program: sliding on snow, free skating, friendly broomball or hockey games and snowshoeing in the forest. In order to take full advantage of the activities, residents must bring their winter leisure equipment with them: sliding mats, snowshoes, skates, etc.

Hot chocolate, fruit juices and chips will be offered for free, as well as donuts, made by Miel’O’Max at a price of $1.

In case of freezing rain or extreme cold, the activity will be cancelled.

Also, from February 6 to March 6, we invite you to the 2020 Snow Castle Challenge. Interested persons must build a castle, take a picture of themselves with their work and add it to the event Les châteaux de Mille-Isles on the website defichateaudeneige.ca. Participants will have a chance to win prizes.
